Hey guys wassup? How’s life? My self Viren a Mechanical Engineer by profession and food lover by passion.This being my first post I would like to start with something healthy.
Everyone’s heard about SUBWAY right? But a very few have tried it.So I would like to share my healthy experience with you guys.So anyone who has tried SUBWAY must know that it is a different experience then other eateries out there.
I call it a eatery with healthy food,the reason being that you can choose a variety of veggies.I know that not everyone on earth loves veggies (HAHAHA) so just to compliment it you have a variety of sauces to make it more delicious and an extra add-on to make it more delightful.Yes I am talking about the SALAD,you got me right people.
I know the word SALAD does not sound so delicious or delightful but after having this SALAD your perspective towards it is gonna change for sure!Ok so let me give you some cravings.
This is what the feast looks like ∧_∧ .Ok so let me tell you what the healthy feast consists of-tomatoes,lettuce,capsicum,red onions,pickles,cucumber,olives,jalapeno.If you think this is enough then you are wrong,to make this veggies more tasty there is addition of some sexy sauces.
Mayonnaise-for the creamy taste
Chipotle South West-for sweet,sout,bitter taste or as we indians call it chatpatta.
Red Chilly-for the hotness
Honey Mustard-for the sweetness of honey and mustardy flavor
Barbeque-for that smokey flavor
Harissa-to give some extra hotness (newly added).
So as you can see the photo of the plate of SALAD with some healthy veggies and sauces to compliment your diet and your weight.This is the best option for people who are into junk food but need something healthy.Along with the SALAD you can choose a topping of a patty which can be vegetarian or non vegetarian depending on your choice.You have got a plenty options with that,for vegetarians:
Chatpatta Chana Patty
Corn & Peas Patty
Green Peas Patty
Hara Bhara Kebab Patty
Mexican Bean Patty
Paneer Tikka and a few more
And for non vegetarians there’s a wide variety,I will include a few here:
Tuna (Fish) and few more.
Of which my favourite in veg is Mexican Bean and in non-veg is Chicken Tikka.The worst which you shouldn’t try is the Tuna.Here’s another look.Enjoy!
